Suppose a man gets married and consummates the marriage but subsequently despises his wife.
“If a man marries a woman, has sexual relations with her and then, having come to dislike her,
Suppose a man starts hating his wife soon after they are married.
If a man take a wife, and go in unto her and hate her,
If a man marry a wife, and afterwards hate her,
“A man might marry a woman and have sexual relations with her. Then he might decide that he does not like her.
Perhaps a man will marry a woman, and he has sex with her. Later he decides he no longer wants her to be his wife.
If a man marries a woman and goes to her, and afterward he hates her
“If any man takes a wife and goes in to her and then hates her
“If any man takes a wife and goes in to her and then hates her
If a man marries a girl and has sexual relations with her but then decides he ·does not like [L hates] her,
¶ If a man take a wife, and when he hath lain with her, hate her,
A man might marry a woman, sleep with her, and decide he doesn’t like her.
“Suppose a man marries a young woman and later he decides he doesn't want her.
“If a man marries a woman, has sexual relations with her, and comes to hate her,
A man might marry a girl and have intimate relations with her. But he might decide that he does not like her.
“Suppose a man marries a wife, but after having sexual relations with her, he despises her,
¶ When any man takes a wife and after having gone in unto her, hates her
If any man take a wife, and go in unto her, and hate her,
If any man take a wife, and go in unto her, and hate her,
“If any man takes a wife and goes in to her and then turns against her,
“If a man takes a woman and he has sex with her, but he then dislikes her,
“If a man marries a girl, then after sleeping with her accuses her of having had premarital intercourse with another man, saying, ‘She was not a virgin when I married her,’
If a man marries a woman, sleeps with her, and then turns on her, calling her loose, giving her a bad name, saying, “I married this woman, but when I slept with her I discovered she wasn’t a virgin,” then the father and mother of the girl are to take her with the proof of her virginity to the town leaders at the gate. The father is to tell the leaders, “I gave my daughter to this man as wife and he turned on her, rejecting her. And now he has slanderously accused her, claiming that she wasn’t a virgin. But look at this, here is the proof of my daughter’s virginity.” And then he is to spread out her bloodstained wedding garment before the leaders for their examination. The town leaders then are to take the husband, whip him, fine him a hundred pieces of silver, and give it to the father of the girl. The man gave a virgin girl of Israel a bad name. He has to keep her as his wife and can never divorce her.

If a man, after marrying a woman and having relations with her, comes to dislike her,
“If any man takes a wife and goes in to her and then turns against her,
“If any man takes a wife and goes in to her and then turns against her,
If a man takes a woman and has sex with her, but then he grows to hate her
If a man marries a girl and has sexual relations with her but then decides he does not like her,
Suppose a man marries a woman, sleeps with her, and then rejects her,
Suppose a man marries a woman and sleeps with her. But then he doesn’t like her.
If a man takes a wife and, after sleeping with her, dislikes her
If a man takes a wife and, after sleeping with her, dislikes her
“If any man takes a wife, and goes in to her, and detests her,
“If a man takes a wife and goes in to her and decides he does not like her,
“Suppose a man marries a woman, but after sleeping with her, he turns against her
Suppose a man marries a woman, but after going in to her, he dislikes her
Suppose a man marries a woman, but after going in to her, he dislikes her
Suppose a man marries a woman, but after going in to her, he dislikes her
